Anaerobic Digestion is a proven and safe biological process where organic materials are broken down by micro-organisms in the absence of oxygen. Anaerobic Digestion is widely used as a source of renewable energy.

Gasification is a process that converts carbonaceous materials contained within the biomass and waste material, into methane, carbon monoxide and hydrogen by reaction at high temperatures with a tightly controlled amount of oxygen. The resulting gas mixture is called syngas and this is further used as fuel.

Combined heat and power (CHP) integrates the production of usable heat and power (electricity), in one single, highly efficient process. In a conventional power station, the heat energy generated along with the production of electricity is wasted or lost to the atmosphere through the cooling towers.

We provide solutions to produce Bio-CNG from the biogas produced at the Anaerobic Digester plant, suitable for fueling vehicles. The Bio-CNG plant consists of a refinery system, booster compressor and a bottling unit which purifies the biogas to produce clean Bio-CNG which can be further bottled and transported to the fueling stations.
